What is Supplier Expression of Interest (SEOI)?

Supplier Expression of Interest (SEOI) is a self-nomination of a supplier interested in doing business with TCO by submitting a SEOI Web Form through the SEOI web tool on the TCO external website.


How does supplier submit SEOI Web Form?

Supplier shall create its SEOI account to be able to submit SEOI Web Form. Once the SEOI account is created and confirmed by the SEOI system, supplier can submit the SEOI web form.


What is SEOI Web Form?

SEOI Web Form is a TCO questionnaire to enable supplier to express its interest in doing business with TCO by providing the requested information.

The SEOI Web Form contains a series of questions where supplier can provide information about its business activity, resources and capabilities as per the types of the selected products and services.


How will supplier know TCO has accepted its SEOI Web Form?

The system notification email will be sent to the supplier’s Email with the result of the TCO assessment.

Why would supplier need to submit SEOI?

The supplier interested in doing business with TCO needs to submit SEOI Web Form which would notify TCO of its interest and capabilities. The TCO SEOI process enables suppliers and TCO to communicate on a single platform with the following advantages:

• Suppliers can express their interest to work with TCO by submitting a SEOI Web Form
